Terms of Service

Buhgs currently sells the High-Contrast Baby Car Seat Camera. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Founding and promotional prices are available while stock lasts and may change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

When you place an order we send a confirmation email. That email confirms we have your order, not that stock is guaranteed. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example the item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund anything already charged.

We ship the orders we take through this store to the addresses shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be delayed by the carrier, customs (for international orders), or events outside our control.

You can return an order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as advertised on the site. The camera also carries a one-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. Write tohello@buhgs.com with your order number to start either one.

The camera is a visibility aid. It does not replace your own supervision, and it must never be used as the reason to leave a child unattended in a vehicle. Always follow your car-seat manufacturer’s instructions and the rules of the road when driving.

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access it in ways it is not intended for, or use it for anything unlawful. Shop content, artwork, mascots, and the Buhgs name belong to us — you may not reuse them without permission.

We provide the site and the product as they are, and we do our best to keep both accurate. Where the law allows, our responsibility for a purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms; the version shown here applies to orders placed while it is live. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Buhgs operates.

Any question about these terms can go to hello@buhgs.com.
